Privacy Policy
Effective date and scope
Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Last updated: October 19, 2026
TraderFoundry LLC (“TraderFoundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates traderfoundry.com and the TraderFoundry membership, community, recorded lessons, Morning Market Analysis, live sessions, and the TraderFoundry TradingView indicator (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to website visitors, waitlist subscribers, and members.
By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The short version
The summary below is for convenience; the full policy governs.
- We collect what you give us (name, email, TradingView username, what you post in the community, and payment details that our payment processor handles) plus basic usage data (device, pages viewed, email opens).
- We use it to run the Services, bill you, send the emails you signed up for, and improve what we offer.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
- We share it with the vendors that run the platform (Kajabi, Stripe through Kajabi Payments, and TradingView for indicator access), with Google Analytics and — only while we run paid campaigns — the Meta Pixel for measurement, when the law requires, and if the business is ever sold. What you post in the community is visible to other members.
- You can unsubscribe, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires.
1. Information you provide to us
- Waitlist and newsletter. Your name and email address.
- Account and membership. Your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our platform provider), any profile details you add, and your communication preferences.
- Payments. When you buy a membership or program, your payment is processed by Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation details such as your name, billing postal code, card brand and last four digits, the amount, and the transaction status.
- TradingView indicator access. Your TradingView username, which we use to grant and revoke invite-only access to the indicator.
- Community. Your display name, profile photo, posts, comments, replies, reactions, and direct messages within the community platform. Anything you post in a community space is visible to other members.
- Live sessions. If you join a live screen share or discussion, your display name and anything you say or type may be visible to other attendees. If you turn on your microphone or camera, your voice and image may be captured in session recordings (see Section 7).
- Communications. Emails you send us, support requests, survey answers, and replies to our emails.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site or use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- Device and browser type, operating system, language, and screen size;
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and time spent on pages;
- Video playback and lesson-progress data;
- Email open and click events, collected through tracking pixels and tracked links in our emails;
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 6.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Services: create and manage your account, grant membership and indicator access, publish the Morning Market Analysis, host the community and live sessions, and track your lesson progress.
- Billing: process payments, renewals, and refunds; detect and prevent fraud; and keep tax and accounting records.
- Communication: send transactional messages (receipts, renewal notices, access changes, and service announcements) and, if you opted in, marketing emails such as waitlist updates, launch news, and newsletters. You can opt out of marketing at any time (Section 8).
- Improvement: understand which content is used, fix problems, and develop new lessons and tools. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for these purposes.
- Safety and enforcement: moderate the community, enforce our Terms of Service, protect members, and prevent abuse such as account or indicator sharing.
- Legal: comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you purchased); your consent (marketing emails and optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services and communicating with members), balanced against your rights; and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us. These include: Kajabi (website hosting, member accounts, email delivery, lesson and community platform, and built-in analytics); Stripe (payment processing through Kajabi Payments); TradingView (we provide your TradingView username to TradingView's platform in order to grant indicator access; your TradingView account is governed by TradingView's own privacy policy); Kajabi's community live-session tools and, when used, Zoom for live sessions and recordings; third-party video hosting used by Kajabi for lesson videos; Google (Google Analytics 4) and, only while we run paid campaigns, Meta (Meta Pixel) for advertising measurement; and customer-support and email tools.
- Other members. Your community profile, posts, and live-session participation are visible to other members.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of TraderFoundry, our members, or the public; or to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Business transfers. If TraderFoundry is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your direction or consent.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website is hosted on Kajabi and uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies keep you signed in, secure forms and checkout, and remember your preferences. The site does not work properly without them.
- Analytics. Kajabi's built-in analytics and Google Analytics 4 measure page views, traffic sources, and conversions. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising only while we are running paid campaigns. When no campaign is running, the pixel is removed from the site.
- Email tracking. Pixels and tracked links in our emails tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can limit this by disabling image loading in your email client.
Your controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can control Meta's use of pixel data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our website does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of the sharing described in Section 11 where applicable law requires us to. You can also opt out at any time by emailing us, and you can block the Meta Pixel with your browser's tracking protection or a content-blocking extension.
Third-party collection. Google and, while a campaign is running, Meta may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. We do not control their practices; their privacy policies describe them.
7. Community content and live-session recordings
Posts in the community are visible to all members and to us. Do not post information you want to keep private, and never post account numbers, passwords, brokerage statements, or other sensitive financial details. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service. We may use anonymized, non-identifying examples from community discussions (for instance, a frequently asked question) in lessons.
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to members for later viewing. Recordings can include attendees' display names, chat messages, and, if you turned them on, your voice and camera. Keep your camera and microphone off if you prefer not to be recorded. We will not use a recording that identifies a member in public marketing without that member's written permission.
8. Your choices
- Marketing emails. Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or email us. While you are a member we will still send transactional emails about your account.
- Account information. Update your name, email, password, and profile in your account settings.
- TradingView username. Contact us to change the username linked to your indicator access.
- Cookies. See Section 6.
- Deleting your information. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 45 days, or sooner where applicable law requires, except what we must keep as described in Section 9. Complex requests can take up to 90 days, and we will tell you if we need the extra time.
9. Data retention
- Account and membership data: while your account is active and for up to three years after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Payment and tax records: seven years, as required by tax and accounting rules.
- Waitlist and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. We keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again.
- Community posts: while your account exists. When your account is deleted, your posts may be removed or shown as from a former member, depending on the platform's capabilities.
- Live-session recordings: retained as part of the member library. If a recording identifies you, you may ask us to edit out that portion where feasible.
- Backups: copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including hosting and payments through providers that maintain industry-standard security programs, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for not sharing your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Your privacy rights
Everyone. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your identity (for example, by replying to the email address on your account) and respond within 45 days, or sooner where applicable law requires (for example, within one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR), extendable once with notice if the request is complex. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf with written permission.
California residents. We post this policy in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to TraderFoundry, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. While the Meta Pixel is active on our site, Meta may receive information about your visit for advertising measurement, which California law may treat as “sharing”; you can opt out by emailing us, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
EEA and UK residents. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in our providers' data processing agreements (Kajabi's data processing addendum incorporates them) or, where a provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor access, correction, and deletion requests regardless of where you live.
12. Children
The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we never knowingly collect it from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
13. International use and data transfers
TraderFoundry is based in the United States, and the Services are directed to U.S. residents. Information is processed and stored in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. See Section 11 for the safeguards we use.
14. Third-party links and services
The Services link to third-party websites and services, including TradingView, YouTube, and brokers' websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we do not control. We do not connect to or receive data from your brokerage account.
15. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify members by email or by a prominent notice on the site before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means the updated policy applies to you.
